Viessmann has today called and told us that they precautionary Replace the heating element of the heat pump. It probably seems to be problems for some. It relates to the model 343-G.
Our heating element during the drying screed went perfectly, although he should be replaced.
The heating element (power consumed) is used for additional heating of the water, make sure if at very cold temperatures, the heat pump to heat the water can not.
